Background: The party are drinking potions given to them by an elf NPC which transforms them into merfolk so that they can go to a sunken city. Our half-orc barbarian has crackers which can transform him into a random animal.
Elf: Okay, everyone drink up!
Half-Orc: Hold on! *Eats a cracker, rolls a d8, gets an 8 and transforms into a Tyrannosaurus Rex before drinking the potion*
After a while of everyone losing their shit over the image of a half-mermaid T-Rex, the barbarian proceeded to almost single handedly kill a giant shark.
players: oh boy, weβre out of healing potions, we hope that this dungeon soon ends
